Shipping and Returns

We accept all major credit cards for all products. 

Upon placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation email containing an order number for tracking purposes. For added convenience, registered customers may also log in to their account, navigate to the “My Dashboard” section, and monitor the status of their order.

Our goal is to have each customer satisfied and to make your life a little easier. To return a product simply, contact our customer care team ([email protected]) and we will credit your account as soon as possible and provide return information.

If an order arrives damaged or defective contact our customer support at [email protected] to help handle this issue.

Subscriptions

Auto-ship is a great choice for busy people. No more trips to busy stores and pharmacies. No potentially high copays and deductibles, and no pharmacy lines. Your product will be delivered right to your door in a 3-month supply. Every 3 months you receive your next product supply. The auto-ship plan is easy to cancel and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Auto-ship Pricing Policy: The price per bottle will remain at least 6% below the One-Time Delivery price at the time of shipment, for as long as you are participating in the auto-ship program.

 

If you selected a payment plan upon placing your order, your credit card will be charged three monthly payments for your product (the equivalent of the total amount), inclusive of shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by managing your account on our website. Please note that cancellation will only take effect after the final payment has been processed and the last bottle shipped to you. 

If you selected a one payment auto-ship option upon placing your order, your credit card will be charged one amount, every three months, inclusive of shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by managing your account on our website. 

If you wish to either pause your subscription or skip an upcoming shipment, you can do so by contacting our customer service at [email protected]

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your account and then going to “Payment Plans”. From there, you can select whichever payment plan you’re wanting to cancel then select the red “Cancel Payment Plan” button.
